  • Yes. Willow Wash LLC is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability coverage appropriate for commercial exterior cleaning. If your property management company or landlord requires a certificate of insurance before service, we can provide one. Just let us know at the time of estimate.

  • We clean stucco, EIFS, brick, concrete, natural stone, painted masonry, metal panel, aluminum storefronts, vinyl, and glass. Our chemistry is adjusted based on surface type and condition. We do a walkthrough before every first service to identify any areas that need a modified approach — for example, older or weathered paint that requires lower pressure and milder solution.

  • No. After the initial walkthrough, we handle recurring visits independently. We notify you when we're on-site, send completion photos, and invoice automatically. If something comes up that needs your attention — a surface issue, damage we spotted, or an area we couldn't access — we'll flag it right away. Otherwise, you don't need to be there.
