These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Willow Wash LLC ("Willow Wash," "we," "our," or "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of California. By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or allowing Willow Wash to perform work on your property, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not request or authorize our services.
Willow Wash provides professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to: house washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, concrete and paver sealing, building washing, post-construction cleanup, parking lot and garage cleaning, graffiti removal, and related services.
All quotes are provided based on information available at the time of estimate. Willow Wash reserves the right to adjust pricing if actual site conditions differ materially from what was described or observed during the quoting process. We will notify you before performing additional work that falls outside the quoted scope.
You agree to provide Willow Wash with safe, unobstructed access to the service area on the scheduled date. This includes access to water supply (standard outdoor hose bib), electrical outlets where applicable, and clearing the work area of vehicles, furniture, or personal property that may obstruct service.
Willow Wash is not responsible for delays, incomplete work, or additional charges caused by site conditions not disclosed at the time of booking, including but not limited to locked gates, aggressive animals, or hazardous property conditions.
Payment in full is due upon completion of services unless a written alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. Willow Wash accepts credit card, debit card, and other approved payment methods. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75, at Willow Wash's discretion, to cover scheduling and mobilization costs.
In the event of a returned check, disputed charge, or failed payment, you agree to reimburse Willow Wash for all bank fees incurred and to settle the outstanding balance within five (5) business days.
Willow Wash is not liable for damage to surfaces, fixtures, or property that results from pre-existing defects, deterioration, improper prior installation, or conditions not reasonably discoverable during a standard site walkthrough. You are responsible for disclosing known vulnerabilities such as compromised caulking, failing paint, cracked surfaces, or aging fixtures prior to service.
Any claim of damage caused by Willow Wash must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered.
Willow Wash will investigate all timely claims in good faith and work to reach a fair resolution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable California law, Willow Wash's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Willow Wash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Willow Wash LLC maintains general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon written request. Insurance coverage does not imply unlimited liability, and claims remain subject to the limitations set forth in Section 4.3.

Willow Wash may photograph or record work performed on your property for quality control, documentation, and marketing purposes including social media and website content. These images will not display identifiable personal information. If you object to the use of photos from your property, notify us in writing before service begins.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than 30 days following written notice of the dispute.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive the right to a jury trial in any action arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by Willow Wash.
These Terms, together with any written quote, service agreement, or invoice issued by Willow Wash, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Willow Wash to enforce any provision of these Terms on a given occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it in the future.
Willow Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
