Streak-free exterior window cleaning across all four building facades. Construction-phase windows accumulate concrete dust, caulk residue, and overspray — every pane was cleared to a finished, inspection-ready standard across the full complex.
High-pressure washing of all surrounding pavement and drive aisles across 32.8 acres of newly developed land. Construction debris, concrete slurry, and surface buildup were cleared to prepare the lot for line striping and tenant occupancy.
Interior post-construction cleaning for the office spaces within each of the four buildings. Dust accumulation, debris, and construction residue were removed from all surfaces — bringing each office to move-in-ready condition before tenant handoff.
